Early Life[]

Tariq has been an aspiring rapper and dating Janine Teagues since high school.

Season 1[]

In Light Bulb, after arriving at the school, Janine tried to talk to Tariq about their monthly budget since their rent was going up. He said he was going to get to it.

In Zoo Balloon, Tariq joined as a chaperone when Abbott Elementary took a field trip to the Philadelphia Zoo. While on the bus, F.A.D.E. emailed him with an offer to tour his show across schools in New York and record an album. At the zoo, while talking to Janine about moving to New York, he noticed that Kenny was missing. After Kenny was found, Janine informed Tariq that she did not want to move to New York and that she wanted to take a break while he was away.

Season 2[]

In Development Day, he grabbed the rest of his things from Janine's place and drove off with a friend.
